Thus we are glad to offer exchange or store credit, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original packaging with all labels intact and accompanied by its original receipt or invoice. Returned items can not be worn, washed, used, opened or altered in any way to be approved for exchange. If a returned item does not arrive in its original condition, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no exchanges or store credit will be honored. Items purchased with a discount or on sale cannot be accepted for exchange. Customized, personalized, monogrammed and engraved items will not be accepted for exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect. Made-to-Measure and Ultimate Bespoke will not be authorized for exchange or credit. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any underwear, hosiery, bodysuits or adhesive products. Returned items without their original receipt or invoice cannot be eligible for exchange or store credit. We will not refund any shipping charges associated with returned items and there will be an additional shipping charge for exchanged merchandise.
Exchanges can be made on any new items with a value equivalent to or greater than the exchange amount. Contact us for a return form to complete and clearly list the details of the exchange you are requesting. If the item you are requesting is valued more than your credit, your original payment method will be used to pay the difference. If the item you are requesting is valued lower than your credit, the outstanding credit will be retained for future redemption. There is no expiration on store credit.
